Tasting Event
End of October, Beer Mania will host a Tasting Event for Laetitia and her marvelous fruit jams. Just as Beer Mania specializes in good and interesting beers, Laetitia focuses on very interesting and tasty fruit combinations for her jams:
. Mango-Ginger
. Lychee
. Pineapple-Dragon fruit
. Pear-Mint
. Melon-Peach
. Pumpkin - Grapes
. Onion Confit
We, at Beer Mania are looking forward to this Tasting Event with Laetitia's jams and the bread from Comptoirs de France... yummy yummy !!!
And, by the way, I'd like to see how well a Belgian Waffle goes along with the Cherry-Ginger jam... ;-)
